Palvelutalo Hoiva Viikki

Suositun seniorikohteen toiminnan peruspilareina ovat asukkaiden omaehtoisen toimintakyvyn tukeminen avustavilla palveluilla, kodin ja ympäristön ergonomisilla ratkaisuilla sekä yhteisöllisyyden tarjoamisella liikunta-, virkistys- ja kulttuuritoiminnan eri muodoissa.

Palvelutalo Hoiva Viikki tarjoaa peruspalveluita maanantaista perjantaihin, jotka kuuluvat kaikille talon asukkaille. Vuokran lisäksi maksettava peruspalvelumaksu on henkilöltä 120 € /kk. Peruspalvelut sisältävät mm. hoitajan vastaanoton kaksi kertaa viikossa ja palveluohjausta päivittäin.

Puiston ja iltapäiväauringon puolella talon asukkailla on käytössään kolme puutarhapihaa. Pääsisäänkäynnin vieressä sijaitsee ravintola, joka on avoinna talon kaikille asukkaille. Asukkaiden käytössä on ulkoiluväline- ja irtaimistovarastot, paikka liikuntavälineiden pesua ja pyörätuolien akkujen lataamista varten sekä maksuton pesutupa kuivaushuoneineen. Palvelutalon kuntosali on myös asukkaiden vapaasti käytettävissä. Asuntojen parvekkeet ovat lasitettuja. Ensimmäisen kerroksen asuntojen lattiassa on sähköinen mukavuuslämmitys huoneistomittarista.

Palveluasuntojen asukkaiden valinnassa ei varallisuutena oteta huomioon hakijan vakituisessa käytössä olevaa omistusasuntoa. Muun varallisuuden osalta noudatetaan yleisiä arava-asuntojen asukkaiden valinnan varallisuusrajoja Helsingissä.
