A total of 86 new Lumo homes are being built in a prime location near Malmi’s train station and services. The estimated completion for the homes is September 2023. The building will have space for 145 bicycles and additionally 43 parking spaces available for rent in the parking hall, which can be accessed directly by elevator. 

In addition to 47 studio apartments, the building will have one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. All larger apartments will have glazed balconies or terraces. Few of the studio apartments will also have glazed balconies. The homes will feature modern and timeless materials. 

Malmi has excellent public transportation connections as well as easy access by car. In addition to excellent services, there are also nice outdoor recreational areas nearby, such as the Longinoja nature trail. 

Residents will have access to a sauna, laundry room and drying rooms, as well as club and common spaces. Each apartment will also have its own storage unit located in the basement. There will be a shared play and lounge area in the courtyard.
