Kellosilta 8b

In autumn 2023, 83 new Lumo homes were built in Itä-Pasila, close to many services. Kellosilta 8b is a nine-floor building with apartments from small city studios to larger three-room homes.

The building has many shared spaces. There are three saunas, a shared laundry room (together with another Lumo building), a club room, and a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy coffee with neighbors. For car owners, there is an underground parking hall with 29 spaces, with easy access by elevator.

Itä-Pasila offers many opportunities. The Tripla shopping center is only a 10-minute walk away, with shops, cinema, and even indoor surfing. Nature lovers can enjoy the Central Park, only a few kilometers away, with endless walking and running paths. Transport connections are excellent: Pasila train station, where all trains stop, is only about 400 meters away, and the nearest tram stop is about 300 meters away. There are Finnish- and Swedish-speaking kindergartens, Finnish- and English-speaking schools, and the Haaga-Helia Pasila campus nearby.
