Asunnot ovat raikkaan valoisia sisustukseltaan. Lattiat ovat lämpimän puun väristä laminaattia, joita myötäilee saman sävyiset lattialistat. Seinät ovat väriltään puhtaan valkoiset. Keittiön kalusteet ovat pinnoiltaan valkoisia, joihin sointuu kauniisti harmaan betonikuvioset keittiötasot. Keittiön kaapistot ovat puhtaan valkoiset, joissa ovat alumiinin väriset vetimet. Keittiön varustukseen kuuluu pienissä asunnoissa lattialiesi ja isommissa kalusteuuni keraamisella liesitasolla. Lieden päällä on liesikupu. Yksiöiden ja kaksioiden keittiöissä on jää-pakastinkaappi ja kolmioissa sekä neliöissä täyskorkeat jää- ja pakastinkaapit. Astianpesukoneiden leveys vaihtelee asunnon koon mukaan. Kylpyhuoneissa värimaailmat vaihtelevat himmeän vaaleasta tumman harmaaseen. Osassa asunnoista on myös erillis-wc:t. Kylpyhuoneissa on kirkasta lasia olevat suihkuseinät ja pyykinpesukoneliitäntä sekä varaus pesutornille. Asunnoissa on lasitettuja ja ranskalaisia parvekkeita.

Talossa on asukkaille käytössä irtaimistovarastot, lastenvaunuvarasto, pesuhuone, kuivaushuone ja kaksi ulkoiluvälinevarastoa. Talosta löytyy kerhohuone ja talosauna, jotka sijaitsevat B-portaan 4. kerroksessa. Tilojen yhteydessä on ulkoterassi. A-portaan päädyssä aloittaa toiminnan päivittäistavarakauppa Alepa. Talon asukkaille on yhteensä 24 autopaikkaa, joista yksi on mitoitettu liikuntaesteiselle. Autopaikat 24-30 ovat autokatospaikkoja. Kaikki autopaikat on varustettu lämmityspistokkeella.
