Kotkankatu 9
This beautiful building is in a popular area of Alppila, Helsinki, near Linnanmäki and Alppipuisto. It was built in 1957 as an office building and used as a press house. It was renovated in 2015 to meet modern needs. The old facade gives the apartments big, tall windows and wide window sills.
The area is very convenient. A grocery store, bus stops, and tram stops are very close. You can reach Helsinki city center quickly by bus or tram. Linnanmäki amusement park is also within walking distance.
The building has no car parking, but there is a lot of space for bicycles. You can take the elevator to the basement bike storage. Electric bikes can be charged easily. The top floor has a sauna and a glass terrace for residents. There is also a small, nice sitting area in the yard.
