Livornonkatu 3 was finished in spring 2017. The building has 82 cozy and stylish city apartments in 8 floors. It is in Jätkäsaari, an area with many services and very good transport. There are also nice outdoor areas by the sea.
Residents can use the laundry room and drying room in the basement. On the sixth floor, there are saunas and a terrace with a balcony and beautiful views. There is also a cozy club room on the top floor.
The building has two shops on the first floor. Parking spaces are in a nearby garage. Some spaces have charging points for electric cars.
