This is a three-floor apartment building located near the many services and good transport connections of Itäkeskus. The apartments in this building were fully renovated in 2012–2013. At that time, the surfaces, furniture, and equipment in the apartments were renewed.
A facade (outside wall) renovation will begin in week 14. The renovation will start on March 31, 2025 in staircases A–D. In staircases E–H, the work is expected to start around the end of August or beginning of September. Balconies cannot be used during the renovation.

Itäkeskus
As its name implies, Itäkeskus (“Eastern centre”) is located in the eastern part of Helsinki. Thanks to the Itis shopping centre, the residents of Itäkeskus enjoy a vast selection of services. The area also has good transport links to other neighbourhoods of eastern Helsinki and to the city centre.
To the city centre in fifteen minutes
It takes less than 15 minutes to reach the Itäkeskus metro station from Helsinki Central Railway Station. Several bus lines run in the area, including the trunk bus line 550 that connects the area with Espoo. There is also a direct bus link to Pasila, and many of the bus lines that operate in eastern Helsinki run via Itäkeskus.
