The Gem of Southern Hesperiankatu

Located in a very popular residential area, this valuable property, built in 1935, has been given a fresh new look with a large renovation completed at the beginning of 2017. The building is located in a prime location next to Hesperia Park. Both Hietaniemi Beach and the heart of Helsinki are within walking distance. All services and public transportation are close by.

The building still carries the charm from it's era, even after the renovation. The apartment layouts are practical and simple, making it easy to find a place for all your furniture.
