This six-storey apartment building was originally completed in 1969. It is located in the charming and green Koskela. The building contains 48 apartments, and it is equipped with an elevator. The apartments were under renovation and were completed at the end of August 2023. All the apartments from studio to two-bedroom homes were completely renewed with modern and timeless materials. The one-bedroom and the two-bedroom apartments have glazed balconies.

The building has a lovely yard with threes and natural rock. There are 30 parking places to rent. Also the residents can use the building sauna, laundry room, drying rooms, club space and bike storage. Every apartment also has a designated storage space. The exterior of the building has been renovated in 2009 and the windows and balcony doors have been renewed back then.

The area has wonderful trails for walking and hiking. You can jog by the Vantaa river or head to Lammassaari to enjoy the peace of a nature conservation area. You can find a day care center, an elementary school and a grocery store at close range of the house. Buses going to the center of Helsinki stop almost in front of the building.

Koskela

Koskela is a pleasant residential area in the centre of Helsinki, combining a small residential area on the north side with an apartment block on the south side.

Koskela has one grocery store, a primary school, and a kindergarten. More services can be found in the neighbouring residential areas. The Oulunkylä and Käpylä train stations are both about 1.5 km away. Helsinki city centre is nearly half an hour away by public transport.
