In December 2022, new Lumo homes were finished at Tenderinlenkki 6, right next to Tripla shopping center and Pasila train station. This place is perfect for people who want modern city living with comfort and quality.

The building has 12 floors and 101 apartments. There are studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes with many different layouts. Many apartments have glassed-in balconies, and two apartments will have their own terrace.

Residents can use many shared areas. There are two club rooms, one of them with a roof terrace. On the 10th floor, there is a sauna area with two saunas and a terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views. There is also a play and sitting area in the yard deck. Storage space for bicycles is available, and cars can be parked in the parking hall under the yard deck.

Tripla shopping center is just next door with many shops, restaurants, and services. From Pasila train station, you have excellent travel connections both to Helsinki city center and to the rest of Finland. Central Park is also very close, offering many outdoor activities. Pasila is located three kilometres from the centre of Helsinki. All the long-distance and commuter trains to and from Helsinki stop at Pasila. The area is well connected to the centre as well as to other parts of Finland.
