Fault report for business customers
As a business customer, you can report a fault without logging in at https://my.lumo.fi/contact
Follow the link to write a fault report. In urgent matters like leaks you can call the maintenance company, you will get the contact information by selecting your address. By scrolling down to selecting your apartment and clicking ”Report a fault” you can leave the less urgent fault reports by filling in your contact details and selecting a topic. By doing this we can make sure we forward your message directly to the appropriate receiver.

My employee needs an apartment
Lumo homes provide carefree living in cities across Finland. Most Lumo apartments can be rented directly online here for people who have a Finnish personal identity code. If a suitable apartment can’t be found online or your employee is only about to move to Finland, we are happy to assist them in finding a home. They can fill in this form with their preferences and the employer's business ID and we will be in touch.
