Keittiövarustukseen kuuluu jääpakastinkaappi, astianpesukoneelle ei ole tilavarausta. Kylpyhuoneeseen mahtuu 45 cm pyykinpesukone. Talossa on myös hyvin toimiva ja asukkaille maksuton pesutupa. Pesutupa sijaitsee G-rapussa, asunto I-rapussa. Rapussa ei ole hissiä.

Hatanpää is a district south of the centre of Tampere, on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The centre of Tampere is only a few kilometres away, and it is easy to get to the centre by bus, car or bike in no time.
Hatanpää is surrounded by water on three sides, so there is plenty of shoreline. The well-known district is home to the historic Hatanpää Manor, the lush Hatanpää Park and Hatanpää Hospital. There is also a school, a secondary school and a kindergarten in the area.

The walking paths along the Hatanpää peninsula are a great place for jogging, and the paths lead to the lush green trails of the Rantaperkiö and Härmälä beach parks. Hatanpää's parks also include a football pitch, a playground, a beautiful rose garden, a duck pond and a café. Nearby Rantaperkiö also has a beach and a beach volleyball court.
The centre of Tampere can be reached by bus from Hatanpää in about 15 minutes, so a variety of services, restaurants and shopping opportunities are right next door. The large Ratina shopping centre is particularly close by, with a good selection of specialist shops, services and eateries. The bus from Hatanpää is conveniently located right in front of the shopping centre.

Talo on rakennettu vuonna 1957. Talon 3-kerroksisissa rapuissa (A-K-raput) ei ole hissiä, 7-kerroksisessa L-M-rapussa on hissi. Hissi lähtee 1. asuinkerroksesta, ei sisäänkäyntikerroksesta. Talo ei ole esteetön. Talon pihassa on 24rentin yhteiskäyttöpakettiauto.
