Tämä Lumo-koti on tilava rivitaloasunto, jossa on oma piha ja sauna. Asunnon pihalla sijaitsee ulkovarastohuone ja takapihalla on suuri puuterassi. Säilytystilaa löytyy reilusti makuuhuoneen kaapistosta. Olohuone on erotettu keittiöstä tilaa säästävällä liukuovella ja sinne mahtuu sisustaa vaikka kivan sohvaryhmän. Kulku takapihan terassille on olohuoneen kautta. Keittiöön mahtuu pieni ruokapöytä.
Asunnossa on kaunis tammilaminaattilattia ja seinät on osittain maalatut ja osittain tapetoidut. Kylpyhuoneessa on muovimatot seinissä ja lattia on laatoitettu sekä sinne mahtuu pyykinpesukone.

Pirkkalassa Pirkkalan ABC -huoltoaseman lähellä sijaitseva rivitaloyhtiö. Yhtiössä on yhteisinä tiloina kerhohuone ja pihan grillikatos. Kiinteistöllä on oma lasten leikkipaikka.
