Pajalantie 23 F
Pajalantie 23 F is part of a block consisting of seven buildings. This elevator-equipped building houses a total of 41 beautifully Scandinavian-style rental homes. On the ground floor, there is one commercial space.
The location is excellent, with schools ranging from elementary to vocational and high school nearby, as well as the relatively new Pajalanpiha daycare center. Fantastic sports facilities are available at the adjacent ice rink and swimming hall. For children, there are several cozy playgrounds in the area. Within walking distance, you'll find the Wärtsilänkatu flea market, gyms, a flower shop, and a great grocery store and pet supply shop almost next door. Also nearby are a furniture store, shops in the former Emali factory, and the new services of the Pajala area. Järvenpää train station is less than a kilometer away, and the city center’s services and restaurants are also close by.
The inner courtyard of the block forms a sheltered and pleasant play and recreational area for all residents of the block. The yard also includes good storage facilities for bicycles, strollers, and outdoor equipment. There are a total of 28 parking spaces in the yard, some of which are covered. Parking spaces are rented separately. Residents of Pajalantie 23 F have access to shared sauna facilities and a free laundry room with a drying room.
The property will transition to consumption-based water billing during autumn 2025. More detailed schedules for meter installations and the switch to consumption-based billing will be announced later.

Pajala
The neighbourhood of Pajala is located about a kilometre from the centre of Järvenpää. It has its own primary and secondary schools and grocery stores.
Pajala is an example of re-zoned and more densely built-up urban structure. Old industrial buildings were demolished to make way for tens of new apartment buildings. The attractive Westermarck park was left between the buildings for local residents to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with their children.
Pajala has excellent opportunities for various sports: the local indoor swimming pool, indoor skating rink and tennis courts are located in the area.
