Koivu-Mankkaan tie 1

Loistosijainnilla Tapiolan urheilupuiston ja Urheilupuiston metroaseman kyljessä sijaitsevassa Koivu-Mankkaan tie 1:ssä on yhteensä 94 Lumo-kotia.

Koivu-Mankkaan tie 1:n C-talon kodit valmistuivat alkukeväästä 2019. Nelikerroksisen talon asunnot ovat erikokoisia yksiöitä. Asuinkerrokset alkavat kolmannesta kerroksesta, joka sisäpihan puolella on lähes maan tasolla.

Loppuvuodesta 2018 valmistuneen Koivu-Mankkaantie 1 AB-talon kahdeksankerroksisessa ja kaksiosaisessa talossa on asuntoja yksiöistä kolmioihin. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa olevat liiketilat yhdistävät muuten erilliset talot toisiinsa. Talon toisessa kerroksessa on yhteistilat ja kolmannesta kerroksesta alkavat asuinkerrokset.

Tyylikkäissä ja hyvin varustelluissa asunnoissa on tehokkaasti suunnitellut pohjat, joista löytyy vaihtoehtoja erilaisiin asumistarpeisiin. Asunnoissa on tyylikkään valkoiset kalusteet ja kauniin vaalean harmaan tammen sävyinen laminaattilattia, joka on sekä kestävä että helppohoitoinen. Ikkunoissa ja parvekkeen ovissa on valkoiset sälekaihtimet. Keittiöissä on joko kalusteuuni keraamisella liedellä tai keraaminen lattialiesi, astianpesukone, jääkaappipakastin sekä liesikupu. Osassa kaksioita on työtason alle sijoitetut jää- ja pakastinkaapit. Keittiökalusteissa on lisäksi tilavaraus mikroaaltouunille. Kylpyhuoneissa on pesuallas ja allaskaappi, pariovinen peilikaappi, pyykkikaappi sekä kiinteä kirkaslasinen suihkuseinä. Osassa asuntoja pyykkikaappi sijaitsee eteisessä. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy lisäksi tilavaraus pyykinpesukoneelle ja kuivausrummulle. Kaikissa yksiöissä ja kaksioissa on reilunkokoinen lasitettu parveke. Kolmioissa on joko näyttävä lasitettu parveke, osittain lasitettu kattoterassi tai viihtyisä osittain lasitettu pihatason terassi puulaudoituksella.

Talon asukkailla on käytössään kaksi talosaunaa, pesutupa sekä kerhotila. Lisäksi talon sisäpihalla on asukkaiden iloksi kaunis, puistomainen piha. A- ja B-talojen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on neljä liiketilaa. Autopaikat sijaitsevat talojen alla olevassa pysäköintilaitoksessa. Autopaikat vuokrataan suoraan Tapiola Paikoitus Oy:ltä.
