Broadband in Lumo homes
Your Lumo home comes with a wide range of services included in the rent, including an internet connection. Read more below!
DNA Netti broadband
DNA is the internet and cable TV service provider for most Lumo homes. The basic speed of the DNA Netti connection included in the rent is 50 to 100 Mbps depending on the building. Check the availability and activate your apartment’s DNA Netti connection at dna.fi/lumo -page. You can also call DNA Customer Service on 044 144 044 or visit the nearest DNA store.
If you currently use a different internet connection in your home, we recommend using DNA Netti, as it is included in your services.

Elisa broadband
Elisa provides broadband and television services to some Lumo homes. Basic broadband connection 50 Mbit/s is included in the rent. Using the connection requires a property‑specific terminal device.
If you wish, you can also upgrade your Elisa Netti internet connection speed. To find more information on the Elisa broadband connection included in your rent and check availability, please visit My Lumo. Please note, that the service is available only for personal customers, not for business customers.
Lumo homes’ internet and cable TV services will move to Elisa in 2027
The internet and cable TV services included in the rent of Lumo homes will gradually move from DNA to Elisa during 2027. The transition will begin no earlier than January 2027, and you can continue to use your current DNA internet connection included in the rent as usual until your building moves to Elisa.
What do residents need to do?
You do not need to do anything yet. We will let you know the exact transition date for your building approximately two months in advance and send you another reminder around two weeks before the transition. At the same time, you will receive more detailed instructions on how to start using your Elisa internet connection and how to cancel your current subscription.
There is no need to cancel your current personal internet subscription yet. As the subscription agreement is in your name, it cannot be cancelled on your behalf. You should only cancel your current subscription according to the instructions and schedule provided for your building’s transition. If you are considering signing a new fixed-term contract with another internet service provider, it is worth keeping the upcoming move to Elisa in mind when entering into the agreement.
As part of the change, the basic speed of the internet connection included in the rent will increase to 200 Mbit/s in most Lumo homes. You can also choose faster internet services from Elisa at a special rate for Lumo residents.
Will I need a new modem or router?
You may be able to continue using your current modem or router with the Elisa connection. However, the device must support the connection technology used in your building and meet current security requirements. A modem that is more than five years old and no longer receives software updates is unlikely to work with the new network. Residents are responsible for obtaining their own modem or router.
