Kruunuvuorenranta is a new district built in a gorgeous spot on the eastern shore of the Kruunuvuorenselkä bay, across from the centre of Helsinki.

Homes for approximately 13,000 residents will be built in Kruunuvuorenranta by 2030. The area has amazing views to the sea, six kilometres of shoreline, manor parks and beautiful natural areas. The main street of Kruunuvuorenranta will be Koirasaarentie. Most services will be located in the centre of Haakoninlahti – the services being built include shops, a comprehensive school, a day-care centre, a resident park and an indoor sports facility to serve all of the residents in Kruunuvuorenranta. Another school and a sports park will be built in Hopealaakso.

A rental apartment in Kruunuvuorenranta gives you access to rapid transport links in the future

The nearest services are currently located around two kilometres away in Yliskylä, the centre of Laajasalo. While it currently takes about 40 minutes to reach Helsinki’s city centre by bus and metro, the travel time will be reduced to as little as a quarter of an hour in the future! Kruunuvuorensilta, the longest bridge in Finland, is expected to be completed in 2026. It will enable a rapid rail connection from Kruunuvuorenranta via Korkeasaari to the city centre of Helsinki.
