Lumo One – living above the everyday
On the 29th floor, there are amazing shared spaces. Residents can enjoy glass-covered terraces, beautiful saunas, and a carefully designed lounge with remote working spots. These areas make life easier and give more space outside your own home. In addition, there are many useful living services available for residents.
Lumo lounge, terrace and shared spaces
The Lumo lounge is on the 29th floor. It is like a living room for all residents. There are remote work spots, a kitchen, and rooms that can be booked for events through My Lumo. The party room can be used for small parties, family gatherings, or even movie nights. The room has furniture, a kitchen, and a media screen, and can host up to 20 people. From the 29th floor terrace, you can see up to 40 km away! There is also a laundry room in the shared space.
Saunas
There are two saunas that residents can book. One sauna has a terrace with a view and the other sauna has a kitchen.
Parking
Parking spaces are available for rent in the Redi shopping center parking hall. The monthly parking pass allows unlimited use in floors K5 and K6.
High-quality living in Lumo One skyscraper
Lumo One is part of the Kalasatama skyscraper area. It is in a great place by the sea, with amazing views and excellent services. The building is more than 120 meters high. Inside, there are 291 apartments on 31 floors. With the elevator, you can go directly from your home down to the Redi shopping center with its many services. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and high-quality city homes. The building was completed in 2022.

Kalasatama
Kalasatama is a perfect example of the new, coastal Helsinki. Kalasatama is located in the Sörnäinen district, and large parts of the former Sörnäinen harbour are part of it.
Kalasatama is close to the Vanhakaupunki bay and both the Mustikkamaa and Korkeasaari islands. The Mustikkamaa island can be accessed by foot through the Isoisänsilta bridge. In addition to the metro, the area has several bus connections to various parts of Helsinki. Kalasatama has easy access to the Lahdenväylä and Länsiväylä highways.
