Yliopistonkatu 39
Tampereen Tammelassa sijaitsevasta talosta on Keskustorille kilometrin verran. Raitiovaunuliikenne tulee kulkemaan muutaman vuoden päästä talon edestä, samoin bussipysäkki on aivan talon läheisyydessä. Idyllinen talo on rakennettu vuonna 1904 ja peruskorjattu vuonna 1994.
Tora- ja Sopulinnan talot (Yliopistonkatu 39 ja Itsenäisyydenkatu 8) muodostavat ihanan sisäpihan, joka on kauniin vehreä. Yhteisinä tiloina taloilla on muun muassa asukkaiden maksuttomasti käytössä oleva kuntosali, pesutupa, kuivaushuone ja kerhohuone. Jokaiselle asunnolle on omat irtaimistovarastot.
