Kodin pohjaratkaisu on persoonallinen. Lattiassa on muovimatto ja seinät ovat maalatut. Näppärän kokoisessa keittiössä on saareke, josta on näkymät olohuoneeseen. Saareke toimii hyvin työtasona tai pienenä ruokapöytänä. Olohuoneen jatkeena on kulmikas lasitettu parveke, joka toimii lisähuoneena aina pitkälle syksyyn.
Makuuhuoneessa on kaappitilaa ja lisäksi eteisestä löytyy pieni vaatehuone. Kylpyhuoneeseen saat asennettua pyykinpesukoneen. Omassa saunassa löylyttelet oman aikataulusi mukaan!
