Asunnossa on pääosin ruskea tammilaminaatti, tuulikaapissa on harmaa muovimatto. Seinät ovat maalattu pääosin valkoisella, jotain tehosteseiniä lukuunottamatta.. Keittiössä on valkoiset kaapit metallivetimillä, valkoinen välitilan laatta ja vaaleanharmaat työtasot, astianpesukoneelle löytyy liitännät. Erillisessä wc:ssä on harmaa laatta lattiassa ja seinät ovat valkoiseksi maalatut. Kylpyhuoneessa on siniharmaa muovimatto ja seinät ovat osalaatoitettu valkoisella sävyllä. Asunnossa on valkoiset kaapit. iso vaatehuone, hyvän kokoiset huoneet, parveke, suuri aidattu terassi piha, hyvän kokoiset huoneet ja ulko varasto.
