Länsiväylän pohjoispuolelle, erinomaisten liikenneyhteyksien varteen, osoitteeseen Gräsantörmä 1 C-D valmistui upouusia Lumo-koteja heinäkuussa 2023. In July 2023, brand new Lumo homes will be completed at Gräsantörmä 1 C–D on the north side of the Länsiväylä highway, next to excellent transport links. The apartment buildings will have 80 modern homes, ranging from smaller singles to spacious four-room apartments. All apartments will have either a glazed balcony or a ground-level balcony, which let in beautiful natural light and increase the sense of space in the homes. The apartments can be rented starting from 1 February 2023.
Residents will have access to shared laundry and drying rooms, a club room and spacious sauna facilities with dressing and shower rooms. The buildings will have a pram storage, storage cases and an outdoor equipment storage where residents can store their personal belongings securely and easily. There will also be an air-raid shelter at the property.
There will be 51 parking spaces reserved for the residents of Gräsantörmä 1 C–D, of which 47 will be located in an indoor car park and 4 in the courtyard. All parking spaces will be equipped with outlets for engine block heaters.
The buildings are located in the picturesque Olari district in southern Espoo. There are several day care centres, schools and youth centres nearby. Located one kilometre away, the Iso Omena shopping centre has all the basic services and several specialty shops, cafés and restaurants. Olari offers a wide range of opportunities for leisure activities for its residents. The nearby Kokinmetsä forest and Central Park offer fantastic jogging trails and outdoor recreation areas.
