Modernia asumista Espoon Olarissa

Ylismäentien uudet vuonna 2021 rakennetut talot sijaitsevat Olarin asuinalueella Espoossa. Olari sijaitsee Suurpellon ja Matinkylän vieressä, n. 15 kilometrin päässä Helsingin keskustasta. Kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta löytyy sekä päivähoitopaikkoja että kouluja. Lähellä olevalta Suurpellon alueelta löytyy myös kansainvälinen koulu. Alle kilometrin päässä Ylismäentieltä löytyy isoja ruokakauppoja ja paikallinen kauppakeskus. Myös hyviä palveluja tarjoava kauppakeskus Iso Omena on vain kolmen kilometrin päässä.

Kohteen sijainti tarjoaa upeat mahdollisuudet ulkoiluun, sillä Espoon keskuspuisto on vain kivenheiton päässä. Urheilun ja ulkoilun ystäviä miellyttää varmasti myös lähialueen laadukkaat urheilukentät ja luonnonsuojelualueet. Ylismäentien kohteiden piha-alue sulautuu yhteen ympäröivän puiston kanssa, ja monesta asunnosta avautuukin kaunis metsäinen näkymä.

Kohteeseen on helppo saapua julkisilla kulkuvälineillä ja lähin bussipysäkki on suoraan asuintalojen vieressä. Niittykummun metroasemalle pääsee 10 minuutissa joko bussilla tai pyörällä. Suomen toiseksi suurin yliopistokampus, Aalto-yliopisto, on kätevän 6 km pyörämatkan päässä. Autolla pääsee myös nopeasti Kehä III:selle ja 1-tielle. Hyvin lähelle kohdetta on suunniteltu myös raitiovaunuyhteyttä, joka tulisi kulkemaan Leppävaaran ja Matinkylän väliä, tarjoten nopean ja helpon kulkuyhteyden ympäri Espoota.

Known as the garden city, Tapiola is a unique mix of urban architecture and green spaces with its walkable centre and many parks. Otaniemi is the home of many students and a lively place to live.

Modern housing in Espoo

Urban living in the centre of Espoo

Espoon keskus is the most densely populated area in the centre of Espoo. It offers excellent services and fast connections into all directions. In Espoo there are lots of peaceful residential areas where you can enjoy quiet streets while still being close to services.

Ymmersta is one of the most tranquil neighbourhoods in Espoo. It is located next to Kauniainen and has Lumo rental apartments of different sizes. The residential area of Karvasmäki near Kauniainen offers rental homes in single-family houses in a tranquil environment. Järvenperä and Nöykkiö are other peaceful areas.
