Hervannan monipuolisten palvelujen ja liikenneyhteyksien äärellä sijaitseva 7-kerroksinen Lumo-talo on valmistunut vuonna 2012. Talosta on asuntotyypit yksiöitä, kaksioita ja kolmioita.
