Teekkarinkatu 9
Talo sijaitsee Ahvenisjärven puistoa vastapäätä. Bussipysäkki on aivan talon vieressä. Päiväkoti, koulu ja kauppa ovat 300 metrin etäisyydellä. Yhteistiloina ovat asukkaille maksutta käytössä oleva pesutupa, kuivaushuone, mankeli sekä kerhohuone. Talossa on kaunis vuonna 2019 uusittu saunaosasto.
