Kemiankatu 13
Kiinteistö on kahdessa erillisessä talossa, jotka sijaitsevat rauhallisella sijainnilla päättyvän tien loppupäässä. Suolijärvelle ei ole pitkä matka ja lähellä on hyvät ulkoilumaastot. Kemiankatu 13 A-C on kaksikerroksinen talo, jossa ei ole hissiä. Kemiankatu 13 D-E viisikerroksinen talo ja siinä on vuonna 2017 uusitut hissit.
