    Tämä Lumo-vuokrakoti sijaitsee loistavalla sijainnilla Lahden keskustan vieressä. Matka torille kävellen taittuu noin 10 minuutissa. Vierestä löytyy Felmanninpuisto, jonka yhteydessä löytyy reilusti liikuntamahdollisuuksia. Venesatama sijaitsee kävelymatkan päästä. Sataman yhteydessä on useita ravintoloita ja kahviloita, joissa voit nauttia lämpimistä kesäpäivistä ihaillen samalla veneitä Vesijärvellä. 

    Kodissa on tilava pohjaratkaisu ja se soveltuu hyvin isommallekkin perheelle. L-mallisessa keittiössä on reilusti säilytys- ja laskutilaa sekä siellä on hyvin tilaa useammalle kokille. Keittiö on avoin suureen olohuoneeseen mikä tuo ihanasti tilan tuntua. Olohuoneesta on kulku parvekkeelle, josta on näkymät Radiomäelle ja Salpausselän mäkihyppystadionille.

    Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on säilytystilaa ja toisen yhteydessä on vaatehuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on mahdollisuus pyykinpesukoneelle ja ihana pieni sauna. Arkea helpottaa erillinen wc.

    Seinissä saattaa esiintyä normaalia asumisen jälkeä. Tarjoamme asukkaalle maalit ja tarvikkeet omatoimimaalaukseen. Maalisävyn voi valita Lumo-värikartasta omaan makuun ja sisustustyyliin sopivaksi.
