    Tämä Lumo-vuokrakoti sijaitsee aivan paraatipaikalla, vain pienen bussi- tai metromatkan päässä ydinkeskustasta. Helsingin keskustassa olet vaivattomasti noin kymmenessä minuutissa! Hermannin alue on rauhallinen ja uusi, mutta keskellä keskeisimpiä kulkureittejä. Löydät myös mukavia lenkkeilyalueita aivan vierestäsi, sillä Kalasataman ja Arabian rantamaisemat ovat vain pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Kauppakeskus REDI sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä.

    Kodissa on tammen sävyinen laminaatti lattiassa ja maalatut seinät. Keittiössä on valkoiset kaapinovet metallivetimillä, työtasot ovat harmaat ja välitilan laatat valkoiset. Astianpesukone kuuluu asunnon varustukseen.
    Kylpyhuoneessa on harmaa laatta lattiassa ja valkoiset laatat seinissä sekä pesukone mahdollisuus. Asunnon kruunaa lasitettu parveke.
