A total of 63 stylish and beautiful new Lumo homes were ready at the end of 2018. They are in a central location in Jätkäsaari, in the Airut block, across from Hyvän Tuulen Park. It is easy to get here: tram lines 7, 8, and 9 end in Jätkäsaari. The building has eight floors with an elevator. There are two-room and three-room apartments. Some apartments have a glass balcony. The seventh-floor apartments have large terraces without glass.
The Y-shaped ground level is a public area where you can shop, eat, or sit. There is a grocery store, Alepa. The laundry and club room are in Välimerenkatu 10. Residents of Välimerenkatu 8 can use the courtyard sauna at half price. Playgrounds for children are on the courtyard deck near the Vinssi building. The playground is easy to reach through Mantteli. Airut Park has 27 parking spaces with heating poles, and one space is for people with disabilities.
Please note that the courtyard areas are shared with neighbors. The building is smoke-free: this includes apartments, balconies, and common areas.

Jätkäsaari is one of Helsinki’s newest and fastest-developing residential areas. There are plenty of restaurants, hobby opportunities and services right in the area, and the services in Helsinki’s city centre are only a stone’s throw away.
