Veromies in Vantaa is a fantastic and rapidly developing residential area that benefits from its proximity to nature and services. There is also a selection of fairly new Lumo rental apartments in the area.

Located near the airport, Veromies is part of the larger Aviapolis area and will be its centre in the future. There are already tens of thousands of jobs in Aviapolis. Veromies has an excellent location in terms of transport links: Aviapolis station, Ring III and Tuusulanväylä offer convenient access in every direction. Under the current plans, the Vantaa light rail system will also pass through Veromies. And when you need to travel even further, the airport is right there.

Lumo rental apartments in Aerola – quiet living close to nature and services

Aerola is a residential area located in a quiet natural environment near Veromies. The neighbouring districts of Pakkala, Tammisto and Tikkurila offer a diverse range of services – for example, the Jumbo shopping centre and the Flamingo entertainment centre are located some five kilometres away. The Vantaa vocational institute Varia is also located in the area.

Bus stops for lines to other parts of Vantaa are found on the Tikkurilantie street nearby, and the Aviapolis train station serving the ring rail line is located around one kilometre away. The Ring III highway is not far away, and the Tuusulanväylä highway can be reached in ten minutes by car. The name Aerola dates back to the 1950s and to the currently protected apartment buildings designed by famous architect Alvar Aalto, which were previously owned by Finnair, then known as Aero Oy. Today, Aerola is a modern residential area of apartment buildings mainly built in the 2010s.
