Koti on varustettu hulppealla lasitetulla parvekkeella, joka aukeaa aseman suuntaan, sekä pienemmällä avoparvekkeella, joka avautuu sisäpihalle. There is a train connection to the Aviapolis commercial district from the Tikkurila station, and Helsinki Airport is only 15 minutes away by train.
