This seven-storey apartment building with a lift was completed after a major renovation in October 2018 and offers 42 modern and stylish Lumo homes. The apartments, shared indoor areas and building services technology have been fully renovated to an as-new standard. At the same time, the windows on the northern façade were renewed. The southern-facing windows and balcony doors were replaced in 2005 in connection with the renovation of the balconies.
Residents have access to a shared sauna, laundry room, drying room and a residents’ club room located on the ground floor. There are 41 parking spaces, located on the adjacent plot next to the building.
A daycare centre is located right next to the building, and the nearest schools are within walking distance. The area also offers good outdoor recreation opportunities. The residential area of Jamppa is located about three kilometres from the centre, and it is an excellent choice for residents who want to live in a tranquil and spacious area. Saunakallio railway station is located in Jamppa.
The area has its own day-care centre and primary school and for example a gym. The convenience store is within walking distance. Jamppa is also home to the Keltasirkku family centre, which offers activities for families with children all year round.
The buildings in the area have been renovated in recent years and new buildings have also gone up between the older apartment buildings. The green wooded environment is popular with people who enjoy the outdoors. There are several Lumo rental apartments in the area.
