This seven-storey apartment building with a lift was completed after a major renovation in October 2018 and offers 42 modern and stylish Lumo homes. The apartments, shared indoor areas and building services technology have been fully renovated to an as-new standard. At the same time, the windows on the northern façade were renewed. The southern-facing windows and balcony doors were replaced in 2005 in connection with the renovation of the balconies.
