This first class building with Lumo rental apartments is located in the heart of Helsinki in Eerikinkatu. This wonderful historical building stands in the middle of the excellent services of Kamppi. Traveling from here could not be easier, because the train station, metro and bus station are all located near. These unique apartments have one of a kind floorplans and high quality materials. The homes are built in a gorgeous old building with respect to the age of the building without cutting from comforts. Multiple art museums, Kamppi shopping center and a movie theater are all located almost downstairs. It is almost impossible to find a home which is this close to the city centre.
There are 40 apartments in the building which circles the inner court. The building has 5 floors. The first floor consists of the common use spaces. The beautiful apartments have two different style choices of which the other one is more decorative while the other one is more simplified. However, both of the styles respect the original materials and architecture of the building which have been partially replaced due to different renovations over time. The colours are classic and harmonious which allows them to fit many different styles of interior decoration.
