New Lumo apartments were completed in summer 2022 in a great location in southern Espoo. The property includes three apartment buildings and a parking garage. Storage rooms are located on the ground floor and in the basement.

The area has excellent transport connections. Helsinki city center can be reached in about 20 minutes. The services of Iso Omena in Matinkylä and the shopping and service areas of Tapiola are only a few kilometers away.

The Länsimetro and numerous bus lines connect Niittykumpu closely to the rest of Espoo and the Helsinki metropolitan area: the services of Matinkylä and Tapiola are only a few minutes away, and the journey to Helsinki city centre takes only twenty minutes.
