Parking spaces and parking

You can reserve, cancel, or change your parking space easily in the My Lumo service.

In some locations, parking spaces are rented from a separate parking company. If this is the case, you can find instructions for renting a parking space in the My Lumo service.

Reserve a parking space

In the My Lumo service, you will find a parking map for your location. You can check where the spaces are and what type they are.

Usually, one apartment/household can rent one parking space. If there are free spaces, it is often possible to rent a second one. If there are not enough spaces for all the apartments/households, the landlord can terminate the second parking agreements.

If there are no free parking spaces at your location, you can set up a parking space alert in My Lumo. You will then get a message about when space becomes available.

To rent a new parking space, there must be no open rent balance. If your lease agreement is about to start and you have not paid your first rent in full yet, please contact our customer service team to make a reservation.

Cancellation of parking space

The notice period for cancelling parking space is one full calendar month. The booking ends at the end of next month after you give notice. You can cancel your parking space yourself in My Lumo or, if needed, through customer service.

If you have terminated your lease agreement, your parking space will usually be terminated at the same time. You only need to cancel the parking space separately if you have a special, separate parking space agreement with us.

Changing your parking space

You can rent a new parking space in My Lumo. Remember to terminate your old parking space according to the notice period. If you need to change sooner, please contact customer service.

Returning or collecting parking keys or access cards

After booking your parking space, check your email confirmation for where to collect or return any keys or access cards. You can also contact our customer service for further information.

Garage door code

After booking your parking space, check your email confirmation for the car park door code, if needed. You can also contact our customer service for further information.

Charging electric cars and using charging poles

The charging pole is operated using the pole operator’s application, and the operator charges for electricity based on consumption. You can also check the current electricity price in the application. Please check the operator’s information from the confirmation email you received after making the parking space reservation. The monthly rent for the parking space is shown in the My Lumo service.

If you have any questions about the electricity bill for the pole or about using the application, please contact the operator. Fault reports for the pole can be submitted via the My Lumo service.

Please note that charging an electric vehicle from a regular heating pole is prohibited.

What to do if someone is using my parking space without permission?

You can report unauthorised parking directly to the area’s parking control. Contact details are shown on a sign in the parking area.

If there is no sign, you can report it to the property manager through My Lumo.
