You can reserve, cancel, and change your parking space in My Lumo service.

In some of our properties, parking spaces are reserved from a separate parking company. You can find information on reserving a parking space in your property on My Lumo service.

Reserve a parking space

You can find a map of parking place on My Lumo service, where you can view the location and type of spaces. The number of available parking spaces is limited. Parking spaces are apartment-specific. There is one parking space per apartment.

When the situation allows it, it is usually possible to rent a second parking space. However, if the situation changes, the rental agreement concerning a second parking space can be terminated. If there are no parking spaces available at your property, you can create a parking space alert in My Lumo service and you will be notified of available spaces.

To rent a new parking space, there must be no open rent balance. If your lease is about to start and you have not yet paid your first rental in full, please contact our customer service team to make a reservation.

Cancellation of a parking space

The notice period for cancelling a parking space is one full calendar month. You can cancel your parking space on My Lumo service.

Changing your parking space

You can rent a new parking space on My Lumo service. At the same time, cancel your old parking space according to the period of notice. If you need a quicker replacement, please contact our customer service.

Return or pick up your parking place keys or access card

Please check the confirmation email you receive after reserving your parking space for the pick-up and return address of your parking place keys.

Garage door code

You can check the garage door code in the confirmation email you receive after booking your parking space.

Electric car charging and charging pole instructions

The charging pole is operated by the pole operator's app. You can check the current electricity price on the app. You can check the operator on the confirmation email you receive after booking your parking space. Please note that charging an electric car from a normal heating pole is prohibited.

Unauthorised use of my parking space

Unauthorised parking can be reported directly to the parking control service in the area. If there is no parking control sign in the parking area, you can report unauthorised use on My Lumo service to your property manager under Contact us > Property management.

Do we rent parking spaces to outsiders?

In the first instance, parking spaces are reserved for Lumo residents. If you're interested in renting a parking space as an outsider, you can send us an inquiry by email at asiakaspalvelu@lumo.fi.

In the message, please specify the address where you'd like to rent a parking space, the starting date, and any other requests you may have, such as an electric car charging pole. Please include your name, email address, and telephone number in the message. We will check if it's possible to rent a parking space and reply to you.
