In October 2022, 54 new apartments were completed at Haltiantie 12. The apartments are studios, one-bedrooms, and also two bedrooms, good for small families. The homes are in eight floors.
At Haltiantie, you live close to nature and with good transport connections. Just around the corner, you can find green walking paths, a grocery store, and a kindergarten. The many services of Myyrmäki are also easy to reach. Louhela train station is about one kilometer away.

Louhela
Louhela is a green residential area located in the north-eastern corner of the Myyrmäki district of Vantaa, east of the western part of the ring railway (Vantaankoski railway). The building stock consists of apartment buildings, the tallest of which are 8 storeys high, and the overall colour of the buildings is greenish. Louhela has its own railway station between Myyrmäki and Martinlaakso services. The train takes a couple of ten minutes to Helsinki city centre and 14 minutes to the airport. There are also bus connections in many directions. Local shops and nature trails are nearby.
