Kohteeseen kuuluu kaksi hissillistä kerrostaloa. Kaikissa huoneistoissa on parveke. Yhteisiin tiloihin kuuluvat muun muassa asukkaiden maksutta käytössä oleva pesutupa (C-rapussa), mankeli, kuivaushuoneet molemmissa taloissa ja kerhohuone (B-C -rappujen alakerrassa). Molemmissa taloissa on oma saunaosastonsa. Tehtyjä isompia korjauksia on muun muassa hissiremontti vuonna 2017 ja D-E -talon saunaosaston remontointi vuonna 2017. Talon autopaikat on pääosin maanalaispysäköinnissä (Hervannan eteläinen luola). Sisäänajo ja poistuminen autohalliin on osoitteessa Insinöörinkatu 78.
