This charming building was originally completed in 1907 and underwent a renovation in 1990. All apartments are unique studio flats with high ceilings and wide window sills, reflecting the character of older architecture. The beautiful stairwells and idyllic courtyard make the property especially attractive and popular.

In summer, Itkonniemi beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the market square can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike.
