Altaan vierellä on myös kapea korkea kaappi, jossa on hyllyt. Saat tähän kaappiin kätevästi enemmänkin purkkia ja purnukkaa siistiin riviin! Kylpyhuoneessa on tila ja liitännät omalle pyykinpesukoneelle tai pesutornille. Erillinen wc-tila sekä kylpyhuonetila tuovat lisää toimivuutta arkeen!
Makuuhuoneiden ikkunat jäävät Kavallintien puolelle taloa. Toisesta makuuhuoneesta löytyy oma vaatehuone ja toisesta liukuovien takaa tankokaappi ja kaksi hyllykaappia. Keittiö on pitkän mallinen ja sieltä löytyy hyvin säilytystilaa astioille ja ruokatavaroille. Keittiön päätyyn saat mahtumaan pienen ruokaryhmän. Keittiöön ei ole ovia. Olohuoneen ehjät seinäpinnat antavat mahdollisuuden sisustaa tilaan kunnollisen oleskelutilan. Lasitetulta terassilta pääset tähyilemään talon sisäpihan suuntaan. Talossa ei ole hissiä.

Kavallintie 1 is a three‑storey apartment building originally completed in 1973 and stylishly renovated in 2017. Both the façade and the courtyard have been modernised, and the apartments feature high‑quality updated interiors. The floor plans have retained the best elements of 1970s architecture, including spacious layouts, large windows and clear, functional room divisions.
