Asunnossa on kaksi wc-tilaa sekä lisäksi vielä erillinen kylpyhuone. Keittiön viereen jäävässä kylpyhuoneessa säilytystilaa löytyy altaan alakaapista sekä sen päällä olevasta peilikaapista. Suihkunurkka jää kaarevien suihkuseinien taakse omaan nurkkaukseensa ja kylpyhuoneesta löydät myös tilan ja liitännät omalle pyykinpesukoneelle tai pesutornille.

Lasitetun terassin eteen jää avonainen olohuonetila sekä keittiö. Keittiön puolelle saat mahtumaan hyvin ruokapöydän ja säilytystilaa löytyy astioille ja ruokatarvikkeille. Keittiössä on täysikorkeat jääkaappi sekä pakastin. Upea lasitettu terassi suuntaa kohti talon sisäpihaa. Asunnon valoisuutta lisää suuri ikkunapinta-ala.

Talossa ei ole hissiä ja myös 1. kerrokseen on pääsisäänkäynniltä yhdet raput käveltävänä. Kulku taloon ei ole esteetön.

Kavallintie 1 is a three‑storey apartment building originally completed in 1973 and stylishly renovated in 2017. Both the façade and the courtyard have been modernised, and the apartments feature high‑quality updated interiors. The floor plans have retained the best elements of 1970s architecture, including spacious layouts, large windows and clear, functional room divisions.
