The house has undergone a recent renovation, which was completed in autumn 2023.The house was originally built in 1948 and was last renovated in 1987. This house has a lovely old-world charm. There are elevators in both crawlspaces, but there is no elevator to the top attic floors.
In the basement there is a sauna, laundry, drying room and club room. The apartments also have their own storage rooms. The company's parking spaces are located in the front and inner courtyard. The parking spaces are equipped with heating sockets and some have car charging facilities.
The property is located in the centre of Jyväskylä, close to Tourujoki and the travel centre. There is a park area and nature trail along the Tourujoki river.
