The building is in a green and quiet place in Tapanila. Next to the building there are big parks. You can walk or run along the Kerava River all the way to Helsinki's Pitäjän church. The nearest shop is only a few hundred meters away. Buses go from the area to Helsinki Central Station and Malmi.
The light-colored apartment and row houses surround a big, child-friendly yard. The yard has a playground. Residents can use the shared club room, free laundry room, sauna, and bicycle storage. The building has an active residents’ committee.
