The six-floor building with an elevator has mostly studio apartments, but also some small two-room apartments. Each apartment has its own storage space that can be used for keeping things or as a walk-in closet.
Kontula shopping center and many other services are just across the street. A school and a kindergarten are very close. There are good transport connections in many directions. A forest is within walking distance.
For residents there is a laundry room, drying room, sauna, storage for outdoor equipment and baby carriages. There are also 20 small storage rooms that can be rented separately. All shared spaces are on the first floor. In the middle of the block there is a nice yard with sitting areas and playgrounds.
