Located in the southernmost part of Helsinki, in beautiful Hernesaari, this charming building was originally constructed in 1929 and then was fully renovated in 2015. The top floor of the building has five attic apartments, each with impressive glassed-in balconies. Some of the apartments offer a sea view.
The building is located in a scenic area with excellent outdoor opportunities by the seaside in Hernesaarenranta. The cozy cafés and dining spots in Eira, Kaivopuisto, and Punavuori are within walking distance, and the city center is only a kilometer away.
Residents also have access to two saunas, a laundry room, a drying room, club room and bicycle storage. The building does not have its own parking spaces.
