Runoratsunkatu 11 is a modern 16-floor apartment building in the new Vermonniitty area of Espoo. The building was completed in November 2021 and is part of a group of four tower buildings.
The light-colored facade features a unique artwork called Runomitta, which includes lines from traditional Finnish poems. The artwork can be enjoyed both from a distance and up close.
Leppävaara train station is about 1.5 kilometers away, and the seaside is also nearby. There is a grocery store right next to the building. Runoratsu Park is located beside the property, and Vermo Racetrack and Mäkkylä train station are also close by. Public transport connections in the area are excellent.
