New Lumo apartments were completed in the Nihtisilta area of Kilo, Espoo, in early 2024. The building offers compact studio apartments as well as one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments suitable for families.
The apartments are located in an eight-story building with an elevator and open-access corridors.
Residents can use a club room, a laundry room with a drying room, and two shared saunas. These facilities are shared with residents of Buildings A and D. There are also two separate courtyard buildings with additional saunas and shared spaces.
