Intellectual property rights
All material published on the websites and in the services is Kojamo´s property protected by trademark rights, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights, with the exception of services provided by third parties and potentially added to the sites, such as a map service. Kojamo reserves all rights to material published on the websites and in the services included in the websites.
Material published on the websites and in the services may be browsed and duplicated by printing or by downloading the file on the computer. However, the material may only be used for non-commercial and personal purposes. Duplicates or parts thereof may not be sold or distributed electronically or as paper copies for commercial purposes nor may they be altered or appended to any other material or websites. Press releases may be published in the media provided that the source is indicated.
Limitation of liability
The websites and the services are delivered "as is". Kojamo makes every effort to ensure that the websites and the services are available, that they can be accessed without interruption and free of errors and that their material and information are up-to-date and accurate. Nevertheless, Kojamo assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, accidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or interruption of business caused by the availability of the websites and the services, the interruption of or errors in use or material and information contained on the websites or in the services, even if Kojamo had been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.
The websites and the services may contain links to websites maintained by third parties and to services on such websites (e.g. a map service). Said links are merely a service offered to the user and Kojamo assumes no liability for such sites, their content or the correctness of such content, nor for the legitimacy of the registration of personal data collected by such sites.
The user is responsible for the safeguarding and use of his/her personal user credentials that may be required by the service included in Kojamo´s websites. Kojamo assumes no liability for problems or damages arising from the user´s negligence in safeguarding their credentials or from the disclosure of the credentials to third parties. The user is obligated to pay damages to Kojamo and directly to other parties for possible misuse, as well as for his or her unlawful actions or breach of agreement.
Kojamo´s websites may include services that require the processing of personal data. Personal data is mainly collected from the customers themselves as well as from the credit data register maintained by Suomen Asiakastieto Oy and from the Population Information System of the Population Register Centre, among other sources. Personal data is used, among other purposes, in customer relationship management, customer satisfaction or other surveys, customer communications and direct marketing. Personal data collected forms part of Kojamo´s personal data files. We also collect information related to the users´ terminal devices with the aid of cookies and other similar techniques on Kojamo´s websites. Payment transfer services
Paytrail Plc (2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions, acts as the payment transfer service operator and the payment service provider for Kojamo website services. Paytrail Plc will be visible as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or the card invoice and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is authorised as a payment institution. In case of a complaint, we would like to ask you to primarily contact the supplier of the product.
