Lasitettu parveke toimii lisähuoneena aina pitkälle syksyyn. Makuuhuoneesta löytyy vaatekaapit ja lisää säilytystilaa löytyy eteisestä. Tilavaan kylpyhuoneeseen saa asennettua pyykinpesukoneen. Omassa saunassa löylyttelet silloin kuin itse haluat.
