This charming apartment building is located in the Tammela district of Tampere, approximately one kilometer from Keskustori and the city center. Tram services run directly in front of the building, and a bus stop is located nearby, providing excellent public transport connections.
The building was originally constructed in 1904 and underwent a major renovation in 1994. Together with the neighboring Tora and Sopulinna buildings at Yliopistonkatu 39 and Itsenäisyydenkatu 8, it surrounds a beautiful and green shared courtyard.
Residents have access to several shared facilities free of charge, including a gym, a laundry room, a drying room, and a club room. Each apartment also has its own private storage unit.
The courtyard area was renovated in 2008. The apartment kitchens and bathrooms were renewed, and a plumbing renovation was completed in 2001. The windows were replaced in 1994. The building does not have an elevator.
